About the program author

This program is for you if you:

Feel “stuck” or burnt out in your career, and your work no longer brings you joy

Are uncertain about your next career move or torn between multiple options

Want more awareness in your career development rather than moving “by inertia”

Strive for promotion or career change, but don’t know how to make it happen

The program consists of 4 modules:

Program format

A combination of 1:1 coaching sessions with me and self‑work via individually tailored materials.

Included in the program:

5 online sessions

4 sessions of 60 minutes each (one per module) plus a final 30‑minute wrap-up session

Workbook

with a selection of questions, tests, and additional materials for each module

Ongoing support

via messenger between sessions

Total duration: 1 to 2 months, depending on the frequency of coaching sessions.

As a result of the program, you will:

    Gain clarity and insights about your desires and needs in the professional sphere
    Become aware of your strengths, talents, and resources, systematizing them for future needs
    Create a roadmap of career development options aligned with your aspirations for the next 1-3 years
    Reclaim confidence, purpose, and a sense of inner support in your path forward
    Get resources (exercises, tests, templates) you can use repeatedly — even after the program ends

Meet your coach —Christina Parandii

Life & career coach with international ACC ICF certification, specializing in self‑realization and goal‑achievement.

Over the last 10 years I have lived, worked, and studied in six countries in Europe and North America, earning education in leading universities in Belgium and the Netherlands. I am based in Amsterdam and helping clients worldwide.

From my own experience, I know what it means to have a multifaceted professional life, as I combine coaching with a career in international relations that spans diplomacy, international organizations, NGOs, and research.

With over 300 hours of individual and group coaching sessions, I have supported clients in landing dream roles, earning promotions, and reshaping their professional identity to align with their true calling.

That is why I created this coaching program — to guide those who long to see their work not just as a job, but as a true expression of who they are and as a way to live up to their full potential.
